ISLAMABAD: The United State special representative for Afghanistan reconciliation Zalmay Khalilzad will reach Islamabad today (Monday).
According to Pakistan foreign office, deputy assistant secretary of state Alice G. Wells will also accompany with Zalmay Khalilzad while bilateral relations and Afghan reconciliation process will be discussed in the visit.

Zalmay Khalilzad two days ago lauding statement of premier Imran Khan on Afghanistan said that Pakistani premier appeal for peace in Afghanistan will bring positive results.
The FO spokesman further said that the US diplomat has also visited the country at the start of the current month and had informed Pakistan regarding progress made on Afghanistan reconciliation process.
