Zil Hajj moon likely to be sights on June 7.

KARACHI: The Chief Meteorologist Sardar Sarfaraz told the media That Zil Hajj moon would be born on June 6.

Sardar Sarfaraz the Chief Meteorologist has said while talking to media that on Tuesday the Zil Hajj moon would be born on June 6

Chief Meteorologist told the media that the new moon which will mark the beginning of the new Islamic month, would be born at exactly 5.38 pm

The Muslims across the world also celebrate Eid ul Adha by sacrificing cattle in their respective countries, with Eid ul Adha just around the comer, cattle markets have been set up in various places for the people to buy cows, goats, sheep and camels for sacrifice.

Meanwhile, to ensure that the sacrificial animals remain healthy, they will be inspected. A certificate from the Veterinary Department has also been made mandatory to confirm the animals are healthy.
