Johannesburg: Former captain of Zimbabwe cricket team Heath Streak passed away today in the age of 49 years.
Heath Streak had been suffering from cancer while he was residing in capital of South Africa, Johannesburg.
He was hospitalized in a hospital of the Johannesburg for his cancer treatment.
His wife confirmed his death while she apprised that on her husband wish he passed his last days at his residence.
As a cricketer, Heath Streak represented Zimbabwe in 65 test and 189 One Day Internationals (ODIs).
Moreover, former skipper of Zimbabwe had scored 1990 runs in his test career while he made 2943 runs in his ODI career.
