The Commission report by Cricket Australia has released the report over death of Flip Hughes as commission said Flip’s death was not cause of substandard Helmet and medical aid.
However it said in the report substandard Helmet was not the cause of death of Flip Hughes if he had worn standard Helmet then he could not have escaped, because the ball was hit at such point where Helmet did not cover. “As delaying of medical aid was also not the cause of death”, report said.
In addition Commission has suggested that all cricketers should wear standard Helmet by having played fast or medium- fast bowler beside this helmet should be given mandatory for wicket-keeper standing nearby as well as to make their eyes safety, report suggested.
