Islamabad: Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Sikandar Sultan Raja has suspended three officers of Sindh Election Commission over their incompetence and mismanagement.
According to a notification of the ECP, the suspended officers includes director administration provisional election commission Azhar Hussain Tanwari, election officer Karachi Khuda Bakhsh and provincial election commissioner Sindh Sharif ullah.
The three officers are suspended for 120 days, as per the notification issued by the ECP.
The notification reads that all three officers will remain in Karachi till conclusion of inquiry against each officer and next instructions.
