Karachi: The Sindh High Court ( SHC) on Wednesday approved insistence of Jamat-e-Islami (JI) counsel for immediate hearing of a case against receiving municipal tax in the electricity bills.
The JI in its petition demanded to cancel agreement made between mayor Karachi Murtaza Wahab and the K-electric.
The Court approved the JI insistence of immediate hearing of the case while the court sought from the involved parties within three week.
