Web desk: Star of Champions Trophy 2017 Mohammad Amir announces retirement from International Cricket again.
Pakistani fast bowler Mohammad Amir has announced his retirement from all formats of cricket. A day before all rounder Immad Wasim had also announced his retirement from the sports.
He last played for Pakistan in the 2024 T20 World Cup.
In a statement he said, It was a great honor to play in all three formats for Pakistan, “I know this is a difficult decision, but i believe it is the right time for the next generation to take responsibility and take Pakistan cricket to new height.”
He thanked to the PCB for the support he received from them over the years and said he was eager to see the performance of the team.
Amir also thanked the Pakistani fans for their support during his entire career.
