Islamabad: PTI leader Umar Ayub’s interim bail extended till January 17 in D chowk protest case.
Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain of the Anti-Terrorism Court heard the petition of Umar Ayub. During the hearing, the lawyer of the accused, Sardar Masroof Khan, filed a request for exemption from attendance.
The lawyer Sardar Masroof Khan told the court, the opposition leader had to appear in the Peshawar High Court, so he could not be present.
The court granted the request for exemption from attendance and adjourned the hearing till January 17.
