ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced a change in the date and venue for the player draft of the 10th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL). The PSL 10 draft, which was initially expected to take place on January 11, will now be held on January 13 in Lahore
According to sources, the change in venue was made due to logistical issues. Earlier, the PCB had announced that the PSL 10 player draft would be held in Gwadar, but now it will be hosted in Lahore.
This decision was made keeping in mind that Lahore offers better facilities and arrangements, which are necessary for the successful conduct of the draft.
This change may come as a surprise to PSL fans, but it demonstrates the PCB’s efforts to ensure the draft is held in the best possible manner and its successful execution.
All eyes are now on the draft, which will take place in Lahore on January 13, where teams will select their players, and preparations for the event will begin.
