WEB DESK: February 8 election was rigged, government should announce for the new elections, Fazal ur Rehman
Maulana Fazal ur Rehman, the head of Jamiat Ulema -e -Islam, once again termed the February 8 election rigged and demanded the government to resign and announce for the new elections.
Talking to the media after attending a dinner at the residence of PTI leader Asad Qaiser, Maulana Fazal ur Rehman said, constitutional term of the Chief Election Commissioner was also completed, it should be consulted.
Head of the JUI said, elections 2018 were fraudulent, government should resign and announce for the new elections.
On the other side, Former Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said, all parties have reaffirmed the stand that the present government is not a representative of the people, new elections should be made in the country.
