WEB DESK: Cause list for the bail application Imran Khan, in eight cases from May 9 has been canceled due to the incomplete formation of a two-member bench of the Lahore High Court.
The cause list was canceled because the head of the bench, Justice Shahbaz Rizvi, was unavailable. A new date for the hearing of Imran Khan’s bail applications will be announced later.
It is noteworthy that the bail applications were supposed to be heard on April 23, during which the court had requested arguments from the lawyers.
The founder of PTI has approached the High Court for bail in eight cases, including the one related to the Jinnah House.
