Prime Minister Modi, expressing gratitude for Trump’s support, reaffirmed India’s commitment to bringing the perpetrators of this cowardly and heinous terrorist attack to justice. These individuals will surely be held accountable.
Trump made these remarks in a social media post, stating that he received very disturbing news from Kashmir. The United States stands with India against terrorism, and he prayed for the souls of the deceased and the recovery of the wounded.
Spokesperson for the Indian Ministry of External Affairs, Randhir Jaiswal, posted on Twitter that “Trump called PM Modi” to express sorrow over the Pahalgam attack.
This incident occurred in Pahalgam, a famous tourist destination located 90 kilometers from Srinagar, which has been attracting thousands of tourists in recent years following a decrease in militancy.
