Islamabad: Federal Minister for health Syed Mustafa Kamal on Monday said that vaccines are specially being provided to such children who were deprived of vaccination during the time of the coronavirus.
Addressing a ceremony in Islamabad, the federal minister said that the government is taking impressive initiatives in the feild of health.
Syed Mustafa Kamal urged the parents to ensure vaccination to children becuase this the basic sources of health for new generation.
He said that we must have to be self reliant in the vaccines so that in any emergency situation in future we could tackle it will.
He said that provision of standard facilities of health is the top most priority of the government and for the purpose facilities in the hospitals are being improved.
He said that the government has a preference to keep people safe from diseases and focus on the treatment.
He said that human health is linked with birth adding that the population in the country is increasing by 2. 5 percent while having fertility rate of 3.6 percent which is the highest in the region.
Every year 6. 15 million new people are adding in the population which is putting pressure on the health system, he said.
He said that if a problem is not resolved then rest will contiue to flop.
