RIYADH: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif departed for London after concluding his official visit to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Deputy Governor of Riyadh was present at the airport to see him off.
During his visit, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif highlighted that his discussions with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman were comprehensive, focusing on regional issues and strengthening bilateral relations. Taking to his X (formerly Twitter) account, he expressed his appreciation for Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s ongoing support and his keen interest in boosting Saudi investments, trade, and economic cooperation with Pakistan.
Shehbaz Sharif conveyed his hope that the friendship between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia continues to grow and reach greater heights. He also praised the Crown Prince’s visionary leadership and his efforts to serve the Muslim world.
The Prime Minister shared his gratitude for the warm reception he received in Saudi Arabia, noting that the exceptional escort provided by the Royal Saudi Air Force jets, along with the well-presented security detail of the Saudi Armed Forces, reflected the deep bond and mutual respect shared between the two nations.
