LAHORE: Cricket enthusiasts can officially begin the countdown, as the International Cricket Council (ICC) has released the full schedule for the 2026 Men’s T20 World Cup. A high-stakes India vs Pakistan clash is confirmed for February 15 at the R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo.

The tournament is scheduled to commence on February 7 and conclude on March 8, with India and Sri Lanka co-hosting this grand event.

The much-awaited India-Pakistan encounter, their first faceoff since the 2025 Asia Cup, promises an electrifying atmosphere at one of cricket’s most iconic venues. Both teams are placed in the same group alongside the United States, the Netherlands, and Namibia, setting up a thrilling and competitive group stage.

India will launch its campaign on February 7 against the United States in Mumbai, followed by a faceoff with Namibia in New Delhi on February 12. Meanwhile, Pakistan will play all of its group matches either in Colombo or Kandy, offering their fans a clear itinerary as they track the team’s progress through Sri Lanka.
