KARACHI: Prominent Islamic scholar and former chairman of the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee, Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman, has been moved to intensive care after being diagnosed with dengue fever.
As shared by his associate, Naib Mufti Abdul Razzaq Naqshbandi, Mufti Muneeb was admitted to a private hospital in Bahadurabad two days ago following a decline in his health. With his condition worsening, he was shifted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for specialized treatment.
A dedicated team of medical professionals is currently managing his care. Naib Mufti Abdul Razzaq and other close associates have urged the public to pray for his speedy and complete recovery.
Mufti Muneeb holds immense respect throughout Pakistan for his contributions to religious guidance and his significant role in officiating crescent sighting for Islamic holidays.
