ISLAMABAD: Imran Khan’s medical report has been submitted to the anti-terrorism court (ATC). Judge Amjad Ali Shah presided over the hearing, with Adiala jail Deputy Superintendent Jamat Ali Shah presenting the report. It confirmed that Imran Khan was examined per jail rules and is receiving proper medical facilities alongside Bushra Bibi.
Previously, the court issued a contempt notice to the jail superintendent for delaying the report. Imran Khan’s legal team has petitioned for his personal doctors to access Adiala jail.
The medical examination case is adjourned until tomorrow, while bail hearings in seven other cases are set for February 12.
