ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif paid a visit to the home of Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi to check on his health after he was injured during a clash with protesters in Islamabad last Sunday.
During the meeting, the Prime Minister extended his best wishes and prayed for Naqvi’s swift recovery. The discussion centered on the current internal security situation and the measures being taken to maintain law and order across the country. Naqvi briefed the Prime Minister on the security arrangements in place to ensure peace and stability.
Expressing satisfaction with the efforts so far, PM Shehbaz emphasized the importance of not leaving any stone unturned in safeguarding the lives and property of the public. He directed law enforcement agencies, including police, to remain vigilant and proactive. Naqvi assured the Prime Minister that he was personally monitoring the security operations and ensuring their effective implementation.
