KARACHI: Gold prices in Pakistan continued their upward trend for the second straight day, recording a significant increase in local markets.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold per tola rose by Rs15,200, reaching Rs479,262.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs13,031, bringing it to Rs410,889.
In the international market, gold prices also witnessed a sharp rise, climbing by $152 to reach $4,565 per ounce.
It is worth noting that just a day earlier, gold prices in Pakistan had already jumped by Rs16,300 per tola, indicating strong upward momentum in the market.
