KARACHI: Gold prices in Pakistan witnessed a significant increase on Thursday, with the price of per tola gold rising by Rs7,800 in the local market.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of one tola of gold climbed to Rs496,762 after the latest increase.
The association also reported that the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs6,687, reaching Rs425,893 in domestic markets.
Meanwhile, in the international bullion market, gold prices rose by $78 per ounce, pushing the global rate to $4,744 per ounce
