ISLAMABAD: Business hours for markets and shops in Islamabad have been extended.
According to the new schedule issued by the authorities, shops, markets, shopping malls, and general retail outlets in Islamabad will now be allowed to remain open until 9 PM.
The notification also states that restaurants will operate until 11 PM, with takeout and delivery services being exempted from this rule.
Additionally, the timings for wedding halls and event venues will remain until 10 PM.
Essential services such as pharmacies, hospitals, petrol pumps, IT, and telecommunication services will be exempt from the restrictions on operating hours.
