RAWALPINDI: Pakistan’s military operation, Ghazab-Lil-Haq, targeting terrorist groups across the Afghanistan border, has garnered praise from the global community.
The prominent American publication, The Diplomat, commended Pakistan’s strategic approach in countering the Afghan Taliban and the extremist factions known as Fitna al-Khawarij.
According to The Diplomat, Pakistan’s ongoing campaign has now advanced into a new stage, focusing not only on dismantling terrorist networks but also on disrupting their support systems and facilitators.
The primary goal of Operation Ghazab-Lil-Haq is to diminish the influence and operational capacity of terrorist entities operating in the border regions between Pakistan and Afghanistan.
The publication further noted that groups like Fitna al-Khawarij and Fitna al-Hindustan have been orchestrating terrorist activities from bases within Afghanistan, posing a significant threat to regional stability.
