ISLAMABAD: Syrian Foreign Minister Saad Hassan Al-Shaibani is scheduled to visit Pakistan from August 19 to 20, at the invitation of Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, the Foreign Office announced.
During his visit, the Syrian foreign minister will be joined by a senior delegation, and both sides will engage in comprehensive discussions on various aspects of Pakistan-Syria relations. The talks aim to identify new avenues for cooperation and strengthen existing ties.
Additionally, officials are expected to discuss regional and international issues of mutual interest. The Foreign Office highlighted that the visit marks an important step towards enhancing diplomatic and strategic ties between the two nations, fostering closer cooperation in the future.
