KARACHI: Gold prices declined in Pakistan on Tuesday, with 24-karat gold dropping Rs800 per tola to Rs437,336, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold fell by Rs686 to Rs374,945. Ten grams of 22-karat gold decreased by Rs628 to Rs343,712.
Internationally, gold slipped by $8 to $4,148 per ounce.
Silver prices also edged lower. A tola fell by Rs20 to Rs6,558, while 10 grams dropped by Rs17 to Rs5,622. In the global market, silver declined by 20 cents to $60.80 per ounce, the association said.
