ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court has granted interim bail to politician Jamshed Dasti in a criminal case concerning an alleged fake degree.
During Thursday’s hearing, the apex court directed all provincial and federal police inspectors general (IGs) not to arrest Dasti.
A two-member bench, headed by Justice Shahzad Malik, heard the case and adjourned further proceedings until October 22.
The interim relief will remain subject to further proceedings in the case.
