PESHAWAR: Awami National Party (ANP) provincial president Aimal Wali Khan has welcomed the ban on Tehreek-e-Labeek Pakistan (TLP) on religious, ideological and humanitarian grounds.
Reacting to the decision to ban TLP, Aimal Wali Khan said extremist forces in Pakistan will not be allowed to play with the future of the country.
He further said that Awami National Party believes in the supremacy of law, constitution and parliament. No one can be allowed to take the law into their own hands. Those who take the law into their own hands should be severely punished. That we are a peaceful, one country.
