Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan has said that the incumbent government agreement with International Monetary Fund (IMF) will bring a new storm of inflation across the country.
Addressing to masses via a video link from his Zaman Park Residence in Lahore, ex-premier Imran Khan claimed that the country default risk has reached on a stage of Srilanka.
Lamenting on the PML-N led PDM government, the PTI chairman said ” I have said that the PDM government will not take care the country.”

Imran Khan said that he has been saying to hold fresh elections in the country since his government removed in April last year.
On the other hand, in slip of his tongue, he increased the prices of ghee up to billions of rupees.
The former PM addressed the people after speech of Finance Minister Ishaq Dar in which he introduced Finance Bill (supplementary) 2023.

As per the finance bill 2023, eatible oil, ghee, drinks got expensive, taxes increased on wedding halls and cement as government presented a mini budget in NA and Senate.
GST is being increased on luxury items from 17 to 25 percent while the government imposed taxes of worth 117 billion rupees. On the other hand Mobile phones, electronic devices and machinery, make up items also got expensive.
Besides that air tickets of business and first class, biscuit, chocolates, toffees and noddle’s have become expensive.
