Karachi: A security plan has been prepared for by-elections on 11 seats of local bodies in Karachi.
As many as 2750 cop will be deployed on 302 polling stations across in 11 seats of local bodies elections. The transportation of election material have been completed.
Jamat-e-Islami (JI) ameer Hafiz Naeem Ur Rehman has demanded deployment of rangers and installation of cameras in the polling stations.
The JI ameer said that whole monitoring of the election is the constitutional responsibility of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).
