SC orders Imran Khan to appear before the court in hour

Islamabad: Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) Chief Justice (CJ) Umar Atta Bandiyal on Thursday ordered the NAB officials to present Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan in the court.

The CJP was heading a three-member bench hearing PTI’s petition challenging the arrest of party chief Imran Khan. Apart from the CJP, the bench also includes Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar.

The CJ questioned the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) officials where is the Imran Khan? Over which they responded that he is in the NAB Rawalpindi office.

CJ Umar Atta Bandiyal has instructed the PTI counsels that no unconcerned person will not appear before the court while he remarked that no arrest will be tolerated in the premises of the SC.

The top court has ordered the NAB officials to present Imran Khan in the court at 4:30 pm while it also called Inspector General (IG) Islamabad and registrar of the Islamabad High Court (IHC).

The CJ said that we will issue order today.

The court also said that no any harm will be tolerated in the court premises. The CJ also condemned harming the government and private assets during the PTI violent protests across the country.

Chief Justice said that why didn’t the watch return to biometric phase.

The SC Judge Athar Minallah directed that Imran Khan not bring flock the court adding that everyone is bound to follow the the country laws.
