Islamabad: Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) has started hearing of a multiple petitions against civilians trials in the army court after dissolving of 9th member bench over objections of Justice Qazi Faez Isa and Justice Tariq Masood.
Now seven Judges included Ijazul Ahsan, Syed Mansoor Ali Shah, Munib Akhtar, Yahya Afridi, Justice, Mazahar Ali Akbar Naqvi and Justice Ayesha Malik are in the bench.
