Lahore: A crackdown against underage drivers in Lahore continued on Monday in view of protection of precious and little innocent lives.
The traffic police in Lahore have made 190 cordon across the city.
The City Traffic Officer has ordered to shut cars, motorcyles recovered from the underage drivers or age of less than 18 years in police stations and in traffic sectors.
It is also ordered to impose heavy fines on the underage drivers cars, motorcycles and rickshaws, said the CTO Lahore.
He apprised that strict action also is being taken against motorcyclist not waring helmets.
The major reason among the other reasons of accidents are of driving in the underage, Mustansir Feroze.
He said that always accident feared during driving by underage drivers.
Lahore traffic police have started the crackdown after tragic accident in Lahore DHA in which six innocent lives were lost.
