Peshawar: The Peshawar High Court (PSH)on Tuesday reserved the verdict against the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) review petition in the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) intra-party elections and the election symbol case.
The PHC one member bench Justice Aijaz Khan heard the ECP review petition today.
The ECP has filed a review petition against the PHC verdict regarding annulling the ECP verdict over return of election symbol of bat from the PTI and declaring its party null and void.
