Karachi: Ameer Jamat-e-Islami Karachi Hafiz Naeem Ur Rehman has demanded the Sindh government to provide part of OZT Octroi district tax to Karachi so that we would be able to conduct development work in our town.
The JI Karachi ameer Hafiz Naeem Ur Rehman was talking to media after innaugrating Gaza park and Proffeson Muhammad Shafi park in Gulshan-e-Iqbal town today.
Hafiz Naeem Ur Rehman said that two months ago towns chairman’s have been given limited powers.
The JI towns have started inaugurations of park after getting the even limited power all across Karachi.
He said that today one of the park having a specialty that has been named in the solidarity with the Gaza and Palestinians Muslims.
He said that children like flowers are being killed on which the ruling class and Muslims rulers are silent spectators.
He said that two parks in Gulshan-e have innaugrated today later five more parks in this town will be innaugrated.
The dynamic person regarding the Karachi issues, Engineer Hafiz Naeem said that his party has nine towns and we on preferential basis problems solve the problems of the city.
He praised the all officials of Gulshan-e-Iqbal town over decorating and designing and completion of parks in the limited time.
He said that soon 200 parks will be inaugurated across the city.
He informed that the water and sewerage board are not in the control of towns and Union council chairman’s but despite that the JI town chairman’s are working on the covers of the main holes and sewerage issues from the limited town budget.
He said that the whole of Karachi know that the JI is inaugurating parks in their towns.
He said ” I know the attitude of mayor Karachi Murtaza Wahab and don’t feel bad on his talks.” He asked the mayor Murtaza Wahab why he is not providing covers of the main holes.
The JI Karachi chief said that we will not indulge in any blame game and will continue our work with the passion of serving the masses.
