Karachi: Sindh Information Minister Ahmed Shah has said that the provincial government has completely prepared for holding of the general elections on February 8.
Addressing a presser, the provincial minister for information Ahmed Shah said that all the institutins are standing with the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).
Ahmed Shah apprised that rangers and police will be duputed at polling stations while it has been decided to deploy army on sensitive polling stations.
The Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) have been issued Rs 625.4 millions, he adds.
President of Karachi Arts Council, informed that the army will be deployed at sensitive polling station from February 5.

He informed further that the Army and Rangers have been provided Rs 400 million for transportation.
Moreover, he apprised that the polling staff will reach polling stations on February 7.
Likewise as many as 6000 cameras have been installed for monitoring of the elections, he stated.
