Islamabad: The Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) on Friday constituted a new six-members bench for hearing intra-court appeals against the military courts.
The SC Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa has formed the new bench in the chair of Justice Amin Uddin Khan comprising Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar , Justice Musarat Halali, Justice Hassan Azhar, Justice Shahid Javed and Justice Irfan Sadat.
The SC will hear the case on March 25.
