Peshawar: The President of Pakistan Asif ali zardari has appointed new Acting Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court.
Asif Ali Zardari has assigned new Acting Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court, Justic Ishtiaq Ibrahim will be the Chief Justice of PHC, notification issued in this regards.
According to the notification , the tenure of the senior most judge will be from the day of swearing in of the acting chief justice.
The notification also stated that Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim will remain the Acting Chief pending the approval of the judicial commission and the parliamentary Commmittee.
