ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has issued a 15-day ultimatum to Amanullah, a close associate of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman, to remove alleged encroachments from his residence in Islamabad’s G-6/4 sector.
The notice was served on Wednesday, identifying Amanullah as the owner of the property.
The CDA has directed him to clear the encroachments within the stipulated period.
The authority had previously issued a similar directive on March 18, 2019, ordering the removal of encroachments from the same residence.
