Lahore: Farmers patience has crossed limits over the wheat crisis in Punjab as the Kisan Ittehad has announced staging protest all across the country from May 10.
Chairman Kisan Ittehand Khalid Khokhar said that the import of wheat decision is based on malice adding that more than of use wheat were present in the country.
The decision to import the wheat despite the presence of 44 lac ton wheat is not understandable, he adds.
He said that for a single bite of corruption whole of camel was slaughtered.
He expressed determination that till wheat from the farmers were not bought the protest will continue.
He said that our protest will be the symbolic funeral of agriculture and we will pray on the symbolic death of agriculture.
