Karachi: Sindh Home Minister Zia Ul Hassan Lanjar has said that crime rate will gradually decrease and help its eradication from the Safe City Project.
The Minister apprised that he has directed to complete first phase of the Safe City Project with an year.
He apprised further that a whopping amount of Rs three billion has been issued.
Zia Ul Hassan Lanjar said that an efforts will be made to cover whole Karachi in the second phase of the Safe City Project.
He informed that after Karachi the Safe City Project will be spread to other cities of Sindh.
Talking about law and order situation in the province specially in Karachi he said that he will not say that situation is totally under control but it is gradually getting better.
He said that law and order situation is gradually geting better adding that no government wanted to have crimes.
He said that full fledge efforts are being made for improving law and order situation in Karachi and the province.
He expressed satisfaction over the performance of the Sindh police.
