Mansehra: Police arrested the accused after four months who raped a 12 year old girl in Balakot.
According to the details, after the video of the brutal accused Afzal raping a twelve-year-old girl who was grazing goats in the forest in Pars area of Balakot Tehsil came to light, Pars police station registered a case on the complaint of the uncle of the victim girl and arrested the accused Afzal.
The female accused named as co-accused in the case got bail from the court before arrest.
