Afghan nationals will not be allowed to stay in Islamabad after November: Mohsin Naqvi

Islamabad: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi says Afghan nationals having no legal permission from district administration will not be allowed to stay in Islamabad Capital Territory after next month.

He was talking to media persons in Islamabad today.

The Minister said any Afghan citizen, who intends to stay in Islamabad Capital Territory after December this year, will have to obtain No Objection Certificate from the Deputy Commissioner Office.

Earlier, Federal Minister for Interior Mohsin Naqvi has said peaceful Pakistan and Pakistanis have won while a conspiracy of miscreants failed fully.

The Federal Minister for Interior Mohsin Naqvi visited D-chowk to Khyber Plaza while taking to media, he said that Rangers have shown bravery.

Mohsin Naqvi paid homage to rangers, police, Frontier Constabulary (FC) and Army. He also met personnel present on the duty while he praised their valor .

The Minister ordered Capital Development Authority (CDA) for immediate cleanliness of the roads.
