Rawalpindi: Anti-terrorism court has suspended the non-bailable arrest warrant of Chief Minister KP Ali Amin Gandapur.
The anti-terrorism court of Rawalpindi has suspended the ongoing arrest warrant in the case filed against Hasan Abdal of Ali Amin Gandapur.
Ali Amin Gandapur’s lawyer Muhammad Faisal Malik filed an application to suspend the arrest warrant, stating that the Peshawar High Court has granted bail in all cases of Ali Amin Gandapur.
Ali Amin Gandapur’s lawyer submitted the order of the Peshawar High Court in the court, after which the court suspended the non-bailable arrest warrant of Ali Amin Gandapur.
Anti-terrorism court also canceled the process of declaring Ali Amin Gandapur as an advertisement.
