Haripur (November 2, 2017): Abbottabad Anti-Terrorist Court (ATC) on Thursday adjourned the hearing of Mashal Khan murder case till November 8 after recording the statements of two witnesses.
During the hearing, ATC recorded the statements of two more witnesses SHO Saleem and Warden Ali Nawaz at Camp Court Central Jail Haripur.
The prosecution lawyers abandoned three witnesses of Mashal Khan murder case including Himmat Khan gatekeeper, Muhammad Abbass LDC and Ali Muhammad Class.
At the occasion of hearing, strict security measures were taken outside the court.
