Karachi: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) of Karachi on Saturday reserved verdict in the case against fomer provincial home minister Zulfiqar Mirza for attacking Badin police station.
The ATC Karachi heard three cases against the leader of Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) Zulfiqar Mirza and other accused while Zulfiqar Mirza appeared before the court.
The prosecution completed arguments in the attack on the Badin police station while the ATC reserved verdict over completion of arguments from the both side in the attack on Badin police station. The verdict will be announced on Monday.
The counsel of Zulfiqar Mirza said that the police has made the case on the political pressure while many persons were nominated in the case who were not present in Badin at the time of attack on Badin police station.
The court adjourned the hearing of other two cases until May 3. According to police the accused have allegations of terrorism, arson and others.
