Karachi (August 23, 2017): The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) and Bahria Town have signed an agreement for providing garbage lifting services in the metropolis.
According to details, Bahria Town chairman Malik Riaz and Mayor Karachi Waseem Akhtar announced regarding the agreement in a ceremony held in Karachi.
Mayor Karachi Waseem Akhtar said that Malik Riaz has decided to work with KMC after seeing the city with heaps of garbage and dirt, adding that today is the lucky day for Karachi.
Meanwhile, Malik Riaz said that he was inspired to work with the mayor on seeing Akhtar’s motivation to work for the betterment of the city.
“I said to the mayor that I am with you. We will improve Karachi’s condition and work under the guidance of the mayor,” Riaz said.
