ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court has scheduled hearings for the appeals regarding the cancellation of bail for the accused in the May 9 cases on April 7 and April 8.
A 3-member bench, headed by Chief Justice Yahya Afridi, will conduct all the hearings. The bench also includes Justice Shafiq Siddiqui and Justice Shakeel Ahmad.
The hearing for the Punjab government’s appeal in the GHQ attack case will be held on April 7, while the hearings for the appeals against 20 accused, including Aaliya Hamza and Khadija Shah, are scheduled for April 8.
