Islamabad: Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Yahya Afridi has convened a meeting of the Judicial Commission of Pakistan (JCP) on December 6.
In the meeting of the Judicial Commission, the matter related to the appointment of judges in Sindh High Court and Peshawar High Court will be considered.
After the approval of 26th constitutional amendment and the reorganisation of the Judicial Commission of Pakistan under it, Chief Justice Yahya Afridi called the first meeting of the Judicial Commission of Pakistan on November 5.
In the first meeting of the Judicial Commission of Pakistan, it was decided to establish a 7-member constitutional bench under the chairmanship of Justice Amin Uddin Khan. .
