KARACHI: A tragic accident occurred in Sindh’s Shikarpur district when a young brother and sister drowned in a pond in the Thari Mirwah area on Thursday.
Police reports indicate that the incident took place in Mir Muhammad Solangi village. Rescue teams retrieved the bodies from the pond and handed them over to their family members.
The deceased have been identified as Sajjad, 8 years old, and Isra, 6 years old. The children were reportedly playing nearby their home when they fell into the pond, leading to the fatal incident.
