KALASH: The historic fifteen-day festival of Chomos continued on its 13th consecutive today, in Kalash valley, including in district Chitral.
Under the directions of Tashfeen Haider, Director General of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority, tourist information centers in Chitral City and Upper Dir have been activated to assist foreign and local tourists.
Kalashi people are observing different rituals during Chomos festival as part of celebrations of newyear.
Traditional songs, dances, and rituals are parts of the festival. The festival would culminate till 22nd of this month.
