KARACHI: Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah called on President Asif Ali Zardari and briefed on the political situation in Sindh.
According to sources, during the meeting, Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah briefed President Asif Zardari on the political situation in Sindh.
Sources further revealed that the President and the Chief Minister discussed the project of diverting six canals from the Indus River.
It was also reported that a report was presented to the President regarding the protests and demonstrations by the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) against the canal project.
